PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lighthouse is proud of the breadth of its Creative Engagement programme, but is now looking at the people and communities who are missing out and how to best serve them in future.
The Community Connector’s role will be to build relationships and work with our communities to understand their current engagement with Lighthouse, their individual needs, what they would like to see from Lighthouse in future and how they would like to be involved.
By the end of the 6 month project, the Community Connector will deliver a clear evidence-based report detailing these findings and an action plan to move forward, ensuring Lighthouse builds a strong case for support for its future programmes and develops new strands of activity based on community need.
